Invitation to Residents' Meeting re:Truscott Avenue

Mass development plans for Truscott Avenue

The Council has received an application to develop on the site of and at the rear of 16 Truscott Avenue.

The proposal is to demolish the existing property and garages and to erect eleven houses with associated parking. The houses would consist of six one-bedroom and four two-bedroom 1½ storey houses and a
three-bedroom two-storey house. Eleven car-parking spaces would be provided.

Back yard development in Fitzharris Avenue - part 3

The Council has received three applications to develop between two and four two-storey houses at the rear of 8 and 10 Fitzharris Avenue.

These are the third, fourth and fifth applications made by Mr Hunter for this site.

Multiple development plans for Calvin Road

The Council has received two applications to develop at 5-7 Calvin Road.

The first is a time extension to the proposed building of a two-storey block of five flats on the site of the existing houses that was approved in 2007. This application includes provision for five car-parking spaces.

The second application is to build a row of three terraced houses in the rear garden of 5-7 Calvin Road. This application shows the existing houses still present as if the other proposal is an alternative. No provision for car-parking is made with this proposal.
